Watson preservation plate is a product developed to enable preservation and transportation for the
bioresources under the normal temperature and pressure condition.
DNA, RNA, and oligonucleotide etc., blood etc. and microorganism such as E. coli: they are adsorbed,
dried and preserved after being dispensed to the paper chip on the plate.

1. The PET film is removed, and the solution adsorbs the paper chip.
2. It dries over 30 minutes or more to put out solution.
3. The PET film is stuck on original position and it preserves at the room temperature.
4. The paper chip is dropped into the container by using the pipette tip etc. after the PET film and the
aluminum seal are removed.
5. The solution for extraction is put into the container and stirred. And PCR can be done in the state.
